Performexa is a complete solution to manage an organisation’s employee performance. Managers can create Reviews and invite feedbacks from other employees, monitor employee performance through Live activity feed and collaborate with their teams worldwide through built in video calls, audio calls and chat.

Team Reviews

On the Team Reviews page, the manager can easily go through the list of employees in his team and view their Review and Feedback status. He can contact them through video/audio call or chat at any point or leave a comment on their Review in a single click. He can also Assign, Edit and cancel review for a particular employee.

Assign Reviews

While assigning a review or inviting a Feedback, the Manager can choose from a list of default forms, pre- created forms or choose to create a new form.

Self Review

The manager can create a form in a few simple steps. The forms consists of a Form title, section title and questions.
